Applications
Applications built to solve real problems, test ideas, and occasionally just be useful.
Look past the interface. The more interesting work is often underneath it: how identity crosses a boundary, how authority is preserved, how systems hand off state, or how failure is contained. When that engineering works, the person using the application should not have to think about it.
-
Retro Arcade Hub
A shared entrance for separate games, with an explicit handoff from choosing a cabinet to playing it.
-
iMessage Locker
Draft replies with a local model while preserving the trust contract people already have with Messages.
-
Operator Confirmation
A simulation of how authority can transfer through reasonable decisions.
-
HomeLabRemote
Select Linux hosts and run approved maintenance actions at fleet scale, while each host retains final authority.
None of these has a release meeting: their version numbers are computed from commit history, because a hand-typed one turned out to be a lie.
